We are also associated members of the Residential Landlords Association (RLA), As members we are required to carry out a level of continuous professional development each year. We follow a code of practice and rules of conduct that we as members have to follow, we also have professional indemnity, clients money protection and public liability insurance. We use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to secure all tenants deposits. These memberships provide you the Landlord and the Tenant with the assurance that you will receive the highest levels of customer service.

Opening Hours

As we are an independent agent we are flexible in our opening hours, we will do our upmost to work with your schedules.

Bartlettings property management services can be tailored to you individual  needs, just select any service and then we can build a letting package to suit you. We have experienced and quality contractors on call 24/7 to ensure that your property is maintained to the highest standard’s. Where we can we will investigate any maintenance issues before calling out any trades, if we can fix it we will, (fully managed only). We also offer other services, gardening, window and gutter cleaning, decorating and carpet cleaning.
