We recommend that our tenant's have insurance that covers Accidental Damage to landlords property, contents, fixtures and fittings. A tenant can arrange this cover by going to www.onebroker.co.uk

The policy has been specifically designed to reflect the different requirements of a tenant and in particular the insurance obligations of an assured short hold tenancy agreement. For a competitive premium the cover automatically includes Accidental Damage to Landlords buildings, contents, fixtures and fittings which will help in protecting your damage deposit. You also have the option to add your own personal contents, portable possessions bicycles and pets.
