Let Only Service
One off payment of 75% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £375
Tenant checks/referencing, £30 each potential tenant.
Guarantor checks/referencing £30 each.
Managed Rent Collection Service
One off payment of 60% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £300.
If the property is tenanted then just an initial set up fee of £175 is to be paid.
Re letting property fee £175 each time the property is re let.
Re letting room fee (HMO) £50 each time the room is re let.
Tenant checks/referencing, £30 each potential tenant.
Guarantor checks/referencing £30 each.
Management commission 10% of gross months rent received.
Fully Managed Service
One off payment of 50% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £250.
If the property is tenanted then just an initial set up fee of £175 is to be paid.
Re letting property fee £175 each time the property is re let.
Re letting room fee (HMO) £50 each time the room is re let.
Tenant checks/referencing, £30 each potential tenant.
Guarantor checks/referencing £30 each.
Management commission 12% of gross months rent received.
Hourly Labour Charge: £20

This is a one off charge and we update between tenancies without further charge.
Arranging an EPC – From £59
Arranging a Gas Certificate – From £66 for the first appliance and then £30 for each subsequent item.
